A diagnostic visit helps separate guessing from reality.

During the visit, I will inspect the water feature and look for the most likely causes of the issue. Depending on the feature, this may include checking the water level behavior, pump flow, liner edges, waterfall and stream paths, splash patterns, basin capacity, visible plumbing areas, filtration setup, and overall construction details.

After the inspection, I will explain what I find in plain English and give you practical options.

Diagnostic consultation visits start at $350.

This includes an onsite inspection and verbal recommendations.

For larger or more complex features, written reports and repair plans are available. A written diagnostic report can include photos, likely causes, repair priorities, and recommended next steps.

If you choose to hire Nooga Waterscapes for the repair work, part of the diagnostic fee may be credited toward the approved repair project.
